Here is a handy URL for those awkward long links.

Some email servers make it impossible to copy and
paste or use a two-line link and typing them is a
pain. This site will create a redirect that makes
including longer links in an email functional.

It has been approved for use by our company IT people
and, so far, has proved safe. I've been using it for
well over two years now with no discernable issues.
