[C320-list] Sailing around St. Louis

Dont know about St Louis but grew up in New Orleans and the mighty Mississippi can do 4 to 8 knots south making it very dangerous for up river sailing in the spring and summer.  Can only imagine same for that area. Plus a lot of floating logs and trash. Many barges and tug traffic with not much protection for anchorage.
