Best place to buy a cutlass bearing is Boatfix.com. As an example, the Blackfish which is 1x1.25x4 is $99 at WM, $32 at Boatfix

Jeff,
I just checked the spare (don't ask) cutlass bearing I have down in the
garage. It is 1*1.5*4". Haven't done the shaft yet so no dimensions.
Good luck,

Subject: [C320-list] Cutlass bearing diameter?? Shaft Length??

Hi All,

I've got two questions for anyone with a boat in the 400-900 range who has
replaced their cutlass bearing and/or prop shaft.

Can anyone confirm the outside diameter of the cutlass bearing?

Can anyone confirm the prop shaft length *you* used when replacing your prop
shaft?

We measured the prop shaft as best we could with it still in the boat.

ROD BOER:
You replaced your shaft and cutlass a while back.
Can you check what length the machine shop cut yours to?

Thanks, I'm ready to send my orders in, and am looking for a sanity check
from people.

-Jeff

PS: I all the boats may be different, etc, but I'm just looking for data to
do a sanity check prior to ordering.
