[C320-list] Emptying Holding tank at sea

I don't need to close the head through hull before i pump out. The tank 
pumps out properly. The tank is vented.

For Mike, your macerator pump intermanls may have failed. There is a pump 
impellor and and the macerator knife these can come loose. You may need to 
empty the tank and remove the pump and inspect or replace it.... Assuming 
you have been opening the discharge through hull.
