Having done it on the hard, I found it very simple to do. Just do a 1/4 turn 
at a time on each blade. I think it would be easy in the water too.
Now having said that, doing a pitch change is something i can wait for a 
haul out to do, rather than pay a diver or do it myself with a snorkel only.

Kiwi gets it pretty close when they factory preset it, if you give them the 
right info on ur engineand gearbox in any case.
