[C320-list] Third water tank (was Coast Guard Website forDocumented Vessels)

Hi Bob
This is my very next project. I was sent this PDF file for a 20 Gallon Todd 
Water Tank.
The first file is for a 20 Gallon  tank and
the 2nd file is for a 13 Gallon.
I hope to install the 20 Gallon one this weekend.
