[C320-list] Third water tank (was Coast Guard Website for Documented Vessels)

I've heard about the port list (although I don't see it on mine) and 
understand your point, but a 20-30 gallon tank would weigh 160-240 
pounds; about what a human would.
In any event, I could stow enough gear on the starboard side to offset 
the weight.
