[C320-list] Engine cover latch

You might try McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com).  Check out there 
p/n: 1070A81 on catalog pg 2896, it's down towards the bottom.  You can 
click on the technical drawing to see what it is with dimensions.  This 
one looks identical to the SouthCo Item Irv found-but McMaster is very 
easy to deal with.
