If your AC lite is not working, check the circuit breaker on the  boat's 
shore power supply. access is from the aft  cabin on the stern.  You should also 
have a "outlet" circuit switch on the  panel next to the nav station.
 
Obviously , make sure the circuit breaker is on from the dock's shore power  
supply.
 
You can use a volt meter to verify power to everything - charger, outlets,  
etc.
