Mike, the solution is easy.  Coil the sheets up at the bow and hang them from the furled jib.  Rotate the jib the number of extra turns you want on the drum allowing the coiled sheets to turn with the fruled jib.  3 to 5 extra turns seems to be the recommendation.  Remember, in a blow when you have to struggle to get the jib in and it will be wrapped thighter than normal.  You'll want the extra turns to be there.  Now, re-run the sheets and the job is done.
