[C320-list] Dead Battery

Disconnect your house battery on one side at the battery and connect 
there then put your selector switch on that battery only. If you try 
to start with a dead battery in line you will only try to balance the 
load between dead and good and will have little success. After the 
start select the other battery and then connect back the first battery.
