[C320-list] Jellyfish

David,
We keep our boat in Middle River MD.  Hart-Miller island protects the bay behind it and it is fresh water, actually brackish.  We never get jellyfish and can swim the entire season.  If you go to the other side of the island, the Chesapeake side you will see jellies in the channel, especially later in the season, but I have never seen any behind the island in 9 seasons.
