[C320-list] cycling water pump

I am of course not sure where your leak might be, but it may not be 
necessary to remove and replace all the hose.  I'd recommend checking the 
whale fittings that the hoses connect to --I found one of those had a very 
small crack in the fitting (an elbow) that was coming our of the water 
heater that was the source of my leak.  I'd also recommend the easy step of 
tightening all the hose clamps.
