[C320-list] Modifications to #687

When I ordered the boat  had the Catalina supplied charger deleted and
instead specified the xantec truecharge 20.  This was due to all the
problems I read about the Catalina supplied chargers.

Is the charger better than the boat's built-in charger?  Or am I missing
