Also, just went thru the manual on the C320 website and there is no mention
in there anyplace I could find reference to the outhaul, its line size
and/or length and how its to be reeved.
Every other line is referenced.

Just sent the following e-mail to Charleston Spar.

Sirs:

Our C320 #851 has a boom with a fixed horizontal pulley mounted internal to
the boom. It seems to be mounted just above the welded boom vang tang on
the boom. I have found nothing in your website that shows the arrangement
described below.

Trying to find out how to maintain and/or reeve another line through it.

This pulley is reeved with a floating block with a beckett in the boom as
part of the boom outhaul system

The line is reeved with a 3:1 purchase system. Line comes from the mast end
of the boom through the sheave of the floating block, then back around the
sheave of the fixed block and terminates at the shackle of the moveable
block. The outhaul line comes from the floating block beckett around the
sheave at the aft end of the boom to the clew of the mainsail.

Our C320 is using a very stiff line and it does not allow the outhaul to
work freely. Want to change the line, but are concerned as to how we would
be able to reeve a line around or through the fixed block.

Your early reply will be appreciated.
