[C320-list] Bylaws Changes

Attn. Association Members...

One item of business at the annual association meeting in August, will be voting on the update of the association bylaws. This has not been done in 10 years and as you might expect, there are numerous changes to better reflect the way the organization is run today. Additionally, we have examined the bylaws from many other Catalina associations and added some sections that were lacking in ours (example... fiscal responsibility).
