Bill---firstly  commiserations I would at least write a letter to the power company endangering the lives of the boating fraternity going about their lawful business.  I have replaced the  St 50 paddle wheel log with an St60 which fits and operates without  any modifications I can't comment on the other instruments but I would have thought Raymarine could answer your questions
