PAM is water and olive oil with a propellant.  What do you do with the
greasy screens afterwards?

Bug-Free Sleep
In many areas in the summer the flies are murder but what really will
get you are the "no-see-ums." Rather than seal up the boat, stuffing
rags in the vents and spending the night gasping for fresh air, spray
the screens with Pam or other nonstick cooking spray. Bugs stick to the
vents, leaving the cabin bug-free.
