[C320-list] Propane Tank Pressure

If you have an older LP tank do not buy a new tank (new tank = 250.00).  The
old tanks can be reconfigured with a newer OPD valve.  I paid  28.00 to
retrofit my LP tank with the new OPD valve.  A company that services
pressure vessels (K-Bottles) used for welding performed the mod while I
waited.  The OPD valved tank holds about 10 lbs of LP.
