[C320-list] Warranty Issues

I had a problem with the Catalina parts dept and 
after I proved to them that I was right and they 
had a bad supplier I got the good trim reshipped 
to me and a few weeks later a letter from Frank 
expressing his regret that I had had the problem 
and that it was taken care of and would not happen again.
