Bert,
Don't think you include CC info in fax.  Once they verify the part and stock position they will call you and get your payment info.  Very squirrely process but it did work.

I need to replace my refrigerator gasket.  Checked the archives and  found 
the gasket model # (90313)  and the cost ($1.85/foot), but could  not find how 
many feet are needed for the refrig only.
 
Also, when I called Catalina, the parts guy said all orders must faxed or  
emailed.  Did this work okay, I assume you sent your credit card  information in 
the fax/email??
  
Any help would be appreciated.
