[C320-list] Fresh Fuel

Here is a question that I need answered.  Using only about 4 or 5 gallons of
fuel each year, and storing the boat for long winters in the midwest, do I
need to drain my fuel tank and fill with fresh fuel every few years?  I add
a stabilizer each fall, but it seems that the diesel fuel will become"old"
at some point.  Your suggestions please.
