[C320-list] Cabin Heaters

As the a new owner in Michigan, I need to move the boat to the Apostle Islands in Lake Superior in late May and early June. I have a ceramic heater for those nights when in a marina slip, but if anchored out, is there a recommended heater that works well on the 320?    When underway, under power, does the engine give off enough heat to keep the cabin reasonably warm?
