[C320-list] Bottom Prep question

Kirk,

I've been using an ablative/copolymer since the boat was new. Since the paint falls off the bare fiberglass, I'm fairly certain the root cause was lousy commissioning--I did go back to my broker a couple of seasons ago, but they were no help....
