Joe,

I've used Varathane's water based varnish to touch up door/drawer frames, fiddles and hand holds. It flows nicely and matches very well.

Thanks Jeff, I think these may be great for spray applications in a Factory
but leave a lot to be desired for touch up refinishing. Has anyone
refinished their main cabin with another type of brush on Varnish? Can it be
applied right over the existing Target finish? My main cabin around the
companionway needs refinishing because of salt water sea spray.
Any ideas other than the Target coating?

  Hello,

I know this may be *slightly* off topic, but a woodworker named Jerry
Work has written a fantastic article about using Target Coatings finishes.
These are the materials used by Catalina on the interior woodwork of our
boats. Anyone planning to do woodwork upgrades inside, might be interested
  in this article.

I found it very helpful anyway.

  Cheers,
