Hopefully you were not permanently tying the boat up.  That sounds like
you will never be going sailing again.

I'll double check but I believe that I saw them counting up at the dock
when 
I had my key turned on but I killed the engine and jumped off to
permanently 
tie the boat up.  When I got back I thought I remember it still
counting.
