Anytime I see electronics acting flakey I always look for poor connections
first. Most of the time, especially on the boat, the problem goes away as
soon as you find the intermittent connection.

Subject: [C320-list] Raymarine ST 50 Wind Question
My Raymarine ST50 Wind indicator is acting funny. Some days it works fine
but on other days it doesn't. The problem is with the true wind speed. For
some reason it will suddenly indicate 60 knots. Then it will display a lower
value, then a lower value, etc. every second or two till it gets down to the
true wind speed. Then after a couple of seconds of true wind speed it will
suddenly show 60 knots again followed by a series of seemingly random but
successively lower speeds till it gets back to the true wind speed. This
cycle can continue for hours. Has anybody else experienced this problem and
if so, where should I be looking to correct this.
Thanks.
