[C320-list] forward water tank vent

I found that my forward water tank vent, the one that
goes to the anchor locker, is blocked. After removing
the 2 electric conduit panels and  the upper forward
bulkhead fascia I found a small hole on the upper port
side just big enough to see and get a hand into. I
looks like the vent hose has an acute bend and is
collapsed over a fiberglass liner just before the
attachment to the vent fitting. Is there an easier
access to this hose? The hose is not long enough to
push up to unkink the bend so I was going to just
splice a piece of hose into the part exiting the tank
and try to push everyting up. Is it possible to cut
away part of the liner to give the hose a less acute
bend? At least I now know why the tank leaked after
every fill-quite a bit of pressure build up without a
