I'd recommend you call Garhaur, they are great to work with and will get you sorted out quickly.  You will not be the first one calling with that problem.

Does anyone know the size to specify for replacement ball-bearings for the
jib-cars (1996 C320, 1 1/2 by 1/8th track) ?
 
I guess I could ask Garhauer, but thought somebody on the list may know.
