[C320-list] Sail chafe

I wonder if there is something going on with sail lofts doing repairs.  Jeff H mentioned one in NH no longer doing repairs.  One near us in Havre De Grace, MD, Ullman-Skelley Sails, has announced they are no longer doing repairs and is shipping them off to a loft across the Chesapeake Bay.  

Has anyone experienced this too?
