I replaced all the canvas on my Catalina 320 this year.  The canvas which came off the boat is in good condition, and could go another five seasons. I have had the canvas washed and stitched by a sail loft each season.  I had the mylar windows replaced on the dodger two seasons ago.  Asking price is $100.
 
Included are the following in Royal Blue:
 
Dodger cover with zippered side panels.  (without frame)
Sail cover
Binacle cover
Cockpit sun/rain cover with frame
