[C320-list] Dropping water temperature

I went down to the marina today and ran the engine.  The temperature gauge
moved up to the normal operating temperature of 180 degrees and stayed
there.  Looks like the thermostat was the culprit so that will be replaced
before the weekend.  Thanks for everyone's input.

Bruce,
I think shutting it down was the right thing to do unless it is vital for
safe navigation. When the sound changes or any of the indicators are off
there is something very probably wrong.  While it will not always be
serious, i.e., expensive it will almost never go away on it's own. Best,
