[C320-list] Service Light on Navigation board

If memory serves, that 'light' is actually an LED (Light Emitting  
Diode).  Having no filament, it doesn't burn out in the manner a  
conventional incandescent lamp does.  I'd check first for voltage at  
the terminals of said indicator light.  If none, then check for loose  
or broken wiring.
