[C320-list] Frozen Throttle Lever

Over the years I have had the same sticky throttle problem and have solved
it the same way as you  with spraying on WD-40 and working it back and forth
until it lessens up.  There is a coolant hose fitting on the side/top of the
engine that leek a slight bit of antifreeze or salt water that trickles down
to the throttle plate and over time it bines up the throttle plate.  I've
tried tightening the hose clamp but still little leaks as I go through the
season.
