[C320-list] 'Spirited Sailing'

I should weigh back in and state that it's mostly the degree of heel my 
wife becomes uncomfortable with.  Also that winds/seas in excess of 20 
kts/4-6 ft make sailing more like work...particularly when she's trying 
to prepare lunch!
