I was told by the Maxwell rep at the Annapolis boat show that they aren't making VC to VW chain/rode upgrade for the 500 model windlass any more and only have 5 (now 4) left. Anyone considering this change might want to get it while you can; there may be a few more in NZ but that wasn't clear. -Lamar
