I've been unusually busy this year. Besides my teaching the Navy has me
training culinary specialists (including they are flying me to Pearl
Harbor on Friday and then I am riding a destroyer back to San Diego to
train people on board), I have been elected to the Board of Directors
Chefs Association of the Pacific Coast, I have been writing a monthly
column for The Culinarian, and I have overall just been busier then last
year.
