[C320-list] Handrail - Stainless Steel

On a rather windy day we were entering our slip under power with fenders
over the side tied to the hand rail.  There was a cross wind from the
port side and one of the starboard fenders caught an upright that
supports the catwalk.  The 3/8" braided line (old jib sheet from previous
boat) parted.  I think the breaking strength of the line was somewhere
around 2000#.  Result was a sharp bend in the SS tube of the handrail. 
We did recover the fender though.
