[C320-list] Knotmeter Replacement and Barnacles

Thanks to all of you who responded on this subject question back a few  weeks.
 
All is well now.
 
When the boat was hauled last week for bottom painting, found quite a few  
barnacles around and on the knotmeter wheel.  Also, the paddle wheel unit  may 
have been in backwards - duh !   There is an arrowhead for  direction on the 
unit for those of us that are technically challenged ( thanks  Jeff Hare !! ).
 
Also, picked up about a knot of speed under power after cleaning off those  
little critters from the prop !  Seems like '07 was a bad year for  barnacles 
on the Chesapeake - probably from the light rainfall and increase in  salinity.
