[C320-list] Radr reflectors

I have one Mobri S-2 mounted on the port shroud just below the lower 
spreader. It's nice and out of the way. I should probably put one on the 
other side someday.

I installed 2 of the Mobri S-4's on c l 3, one for each shroud, up high...I 
also feel a competent watch and keeping an eye on a radar screen are 
required as well...
