Hi Jon,

   3M makes an adhesive remover for use with their products.  I used it when
rebedding the mast step and it did a great job.

I started the project of resealing the companionway hatch cover. Now that I
have it off I have a fair amount of residue on the edges of the hatch cover
and the mating surface of the boat. Any suggestions on what to use to remove
this residue? I used a razor blade to get most of the silicone off but need
something a bit more effective for the remaining residue. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
