Since I live in a state of confusion, I can hardly blame you for status quo.

You are right, I misread ATS, It is actually AT5 750 075.  It is the correct
size belt.  I took the number off the belt this past weekend and the 5
looked like a S.
 
The AT5 is a type of timing belt that has a 5MM pitch
750 is the length of 750MM 
075 is the width of 7.5MM
 
Sorry for the confusion.
