[C320-list] Kanzaki transmission.

Has anyone replaced the Kanzaki transmission in their C-320 and if so, what
were the symptoms and what was the cost, if you don't mind me asking. Mine
is a KM2P and has become sluggish and slow to engage in forward. I have
changed the lube oil several times in regular service and will try it again
but don't have much faith in that curing the problem. This transmission is
installed in the Yanmar powered boats.
