[C320-list] Engine alignment

Since we have the dripless shaft seal we are able to move the shaft around in the log.  When we started the alignment the shaft was very close to bottoming out on the log.  We raised the engine to get the shaft closer to the center.

Yup - I'm assuming that the cutlass bearing and the stuffing box are fixed
in position so there is no way to change the shaft alignment.  Is that
correct?

I don't understand what you mean by two bearings.  Are you talking about the

stuffing box?
