[C320-list] Windlass Replacement

I installed the conversion kit this spring and it is pretty easy.  The
directions on the 320 website are really good; it only took a few hours for
the whole job.  I don't think Maxwell has many of the kits left and aren't
planning to make more I was told.

Hi

Is there a chain windlass that could be used to replace the existing
windlass.
I know there is a conversion kit for the current windlass just wanted to
know if there is a plug and play replacement that could be used without
having to go through the upgrade process.
