[C320-list] Whisker Pole Length

Bruce the legal length is 12-4 ,but that is measured from the mast.You have to subtract off the pole length the distance from the mast to the outer most place where the pole attaches. So from the mast itself to the outer end of the pole is 12-4.  KEN #711

This is stated as 12'4".
