[C320-list] PHRF Handicap for C-320

Does anyone know the PHRF Handicap for a C-320, Cruising Class, i.e. without
flying sails, for a boat with factory stock sails.  My boat is hull no. 554,
1998 vintage.

I am trying to complete my entry to the Toliva Shoals race on February 16
and based on the information from PHRF-NW, I need to take my sails down and
lay them on the ground to measure. That's great except for a little thing I
call dark cold and rain, that are standing in my way.

Hey this is my first race in this boat, I think that in cruising class there
should be some latitude.  I will measure my sails the first warm weekend we
have, in three months.
