[C320-list] PHRF Handicap for C-320

The PHRF rating that I have from PHRF of the Chesapeake, Inc is 180!
 
This is with a RF 150 Headsail and a fixed 3 blade prop, wing-keel,  standard 
mast, masthead rig, no spinnakers.
