[C320-list] upgrading mainsheet jam cleat

The clip is to keep the sheet out of the jam cleat. You flip it up over the
cleat to keep the sheet out and flip it down if you want to use the cleat.
If you run the sheet inside the clip, the tension is what breaks them.

I still have the red clips (on both sides) but I can't figure out what 
they're for. Should the main sheet go under them or over them? Mine is over 
them so the clips just lie there.
