[C320-list] Was 320 Regatta in Annapolis now Orlando's Blackberry

At my retirement ceremony as a civilian guy at an Army base, I passed my
Blackberry to the 2 star Commander who then passed it to my replacement,
just as a new commander passes the flag upon change of command. It felt sooo
good to be free!

The dates of the 320 Regatta are August 1-3.  We MIGHT include an afternoon
activity on July 31 for those looking for a longer weekend but that's up in
the air right now.
